- Purchase
1.1 - When you make an online purchase, the purchase is effective once your payment is accepted.

- Product Availability
2.1 - In case of a total or partial unavailability of a product, the customer will be informed by e-mail of the delivery of his/her partial order or the cancellation of his/her order.

2.2 - Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 121-20-3 of the Consumer Code, in case of unavailability of the product, the customer then has the option of:
- either be delivered a product of equivalent quality and price, within the limits of available stocks;  
- or be refunded the price of the product ordered within 30 days of the request

- Price
3.1 - Product prices are quoted in euro, and include all taxes and transportation (see the section on Delivery) if the amount of your order exceeds € 300.

3.2 - The price shall be that indicated on the website on the date of the registration of order by the customer.

3.3 - When exceeding time limits indicated above, the package is returned to The Customer Relations Department will contact the customer for a possible reshipping or, without answer from the customer within a reasonable time, will process a refund.

- Delivery
4.1– Delivery time for an article ordered in France is of 7 calendar days approximately and 10 days for other countries.

4.2 – If the order amount exceeds € 300, shipping is free of charge.  If the order amount is less than 300€, the following shipping charges apply:

Zone 1 = 21€ : for France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxemburg
Zone 2 = 24€ : for Great Britain, Italy, Spain and Switzerland
Zone 3 = 31€ : for Austria, Denmark, Ireland and Portugal
Zone 4 = 36€ : for Finland, Norway and Sweden
Zone 5 = 65€ : for Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia


4.3 - Products will be sent to the delivery address that the client specified during the ordering process.

4.4 - The customer must choose the place of delivery: it can be the customer’s personal address, the office, or at someone else’s place. In the event that the customer is absent during a delivery, a delivery attempt notice is usually filed in the mailbox; it is then possible to pick up the parcel at a Post Office within 10 days.


Time and right of withdrawal

5.1-If you are not satisfied by part or all of your order, you must notify us of your intention to make a return within 14 days after receipt of your order. You have then 10 days to return your product. Products must be intact , complete, and packaged in their original packaging.


Return of carpets

6.1-In case of a return, you must first contact us by email or telephone. It is your respnsability to ensure that the product is returned in its original state. Therefore, you must ensure that the good are packed properly, if possible its original packaging.

6.2 - The return becomes effective only after we have checked the good conditions of the goods. Once the return is confirmed, we process the refund through the payment method that you used.

6.3 - If a return is not accepted, we will send you back the goods at your expense.

- Certificates of Authenticity
7.1 - We guarantee that the carpet delivered is hand-knotted. It fully corresponds to the description provided on our website

A Certificate of Authenticity is provided for each order.

- Guarantee
8.1 - A guarantee is provided on all products purchased. The warranty is valid one year as from the date of delivery of the goods.

8.2 - If the customer wants to use the warranty to fix a deterioration that is not covered by the warranty, any repair costs will be charged to the customer. Our specialized staff expertise first determines whether the damage is due to a manufacturing defect or to an external cause subsequent to the delivery of the carpet to the customer. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client when the latter makes use of the guarantee.

- Second Quality carpets
9.1  - The carpets displayed in the section Second Quality have one or more defects. It may be a hole, an irregular shape of the carpet, or a slight discoloration, etc.
These carpets are absolutely usable but have minor defects. They are sold in their current state and their flaws are always mentioned in the item description.
